I had to write and let you know what a great experience I had using Start Moving. My move was from Maryland to Georgia and trust me, I had a lot of stuff. I was extremely stressed out about everything until I met Tim and Adam. Within the first 5 mins, I knew things would go well. Watching the guys load the trucks was impressive. Every box and piece of furniture was so well placed it was like watching a large puzzle being done.
I can honestly say there is nothing bad to say about my move. Your company was the first I called and my calls stopped there. The fact that I knew exactly what the move would cost me was a major factor in my decision to use Start Moving. Whenever I called I spoke to very helpful and friendly people. My decision to add a second truck at the last minute wasn’t an issue which I must say surprised me. Your customer service is exceptional and your business model is very impressive. Never have I met two guys like Tim and Adam. You should be proud to have such great employees. They were a pleasure to work with. They are a huge asset to you and represent your company well. Thank you again for providing such a great moving experience.

Dear start moving, hope I’m doing this right . You guys can’t be beat. If you want help moving why put your self through more stress when you can go to a company that is honest, courteous, knowledgeable and thoughtful!!! I used them two years ago kept their card and just called them again hoping they were available. They were, and I had a load waitng for them!!! As usual I was treated great and they cared for my possessions as if they were in a museum. Go where you want– but if you want great service be smart and go to Start Moving.

Start Moving was truly the most pleasant moving experience I have had! From the initial call to the reservation, move, and follow-up they were excellent! Roland and Brian were on time, polite, conscientious, and very careful with my things. Everything was covered with pads or blankets and Fragile boxes were stacked on top. I can’t say enough positive things about Start Moving! Kudos and thank you!

I want to make you aware of two GREAT guys you have working for you. I moved the weekend of August 30, 2011. I misplaced the business card, and forgot the gentlemen’s names that moved me, so I hope you can check it in your records. I just found the card and realized I never let you know how pleased I was!!! I had a deal with Century Storage of a 2 hour move. I expected the movers to not worry about the time limit so I would have to pay out(due to bad prior experience elsewhere).
Not only were these guys fast, efficient, and definitely did NOT WASTE anytime, they were extremely friendly to me & my son and put me at ease!I will use this company again, since I have 2 more moves planned in this year, and will request these guys if I find out who they were. I will also let others know the experience!
